CARAVAN OWNERSHIP AT THE WOODLANDS

Our beautiful caravan park is divided into two areas, the lower and the top. The caravans are surrounded by large areas of grass, or situated on small private terraces. Each plot is spacious, individual and is serviced by a tarmac road.

The majority of the park is lit at night for security and visibility. All of the holiday homes are privately owned; we do not allow subletting, however family and friends are always welcome. Site fees this season are £1,950.00 which only a part of is payable for new customers starting halfway through the season.  The site fees include mains water, rates and vat.  Electricity is metered and the gas is bottled. The caravan park is open from 1st March to 31st October each year.  Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leads as the park is adjacent to a working sheep farm, there are plenty of walks direct from the park.  EE, T Mobile, Virgin and Three networks are the only current providers in this area, other mobile phone providers work nearer to Aberystwyth. Some of the park has payable WiFi but everyone can use the FREE WiFi hotspot by reception. There is a tearoom and gift shop on site open from the beginning of the season.

This is a luxury caravan with a very high spec.  The outlook doors are perfect for stepping through onto your own decking to enjoy views of our mountain. We recommend that this caravan is sited onto plot 128 which has a grass garden to the side and rear of the caravan, tarmac parking and room for decking at the front.

We have a selection of plots suitable for this delightful caravan.  Plot 77 is overlooking the main green so perfect for young families whereas plot 59 or 40 are on a terrace away from the hustle and bustle of the main park.

 

PLOTS AVAILABLE

PLOT 112  This extra large plot is being reserved for a NEW 38 x 12,  38 x 13 or even a 40 ft long caravan.   Please contact the office for caravan sales information.

PLOT 29   A quiet plot with mountain views.  Suitable for a 33, 34 or 35 x 12 caravan.  Will consider letting this plot go to someone who wants to bring their own nearly new caravan onto the park for an agreed sum.

PLOT 42  This plot is situated just off the main green.  It has no trees overhanging this plot.  It is quit a large plot with plenty of parking.  This plot is still in need of some work which will be done  soon. This plot is suitable for a 30, 32 or 33 x 12 ft caravan.

PLOT 47  Situated at the end of the main green this is a very nice plot with space both sides of the caravan.  It has a concrete base.  On one side there is grass and on the other gravel parking. This plot is suitable for a 28 or 30 x 12 caravan.

PLOT 77 This is a wonderful little plot overlooking the main green.  With or without pre-owned decking.  This plot is suitable for a 28 x 12 ft caravan.

PLOT 103  This is a large plot with views of the mountain.  It will have morning and afternoon sun.  There is grass parking to the rear of the caravan, garden to the side and room for large decking in front of the caravan. Concrete base. This plot is suitable for a 35 x 12 caravan.

PLOT 128  Situated on the top park this plot has mountain views.  It is on a sought after part of the park as it is quiet and sunny. There is a prepared concrete base and it has tarmac parking to the side.  It has a grass lawn by the side of the caravan and to the rear of the caravan.  There is gravel in front of the caravan with room for decking.  This plot is suitable for a 35 x 12 caravan.

PLOT 139 is also situated by the mound on the top park.  This is a quiet pitch with a large front garden and plenty of rear parking. Suitable for a 34 or 35 x 12ft caravan.   Will consider letting this plot go to someone who wants to bring their own nearly new caravan onto the park for an agreed sum.
