The Plots

Our static caravans are situated in two main areas (Lower and Top), all serviced by tarmac roads. We take pride in the spacing of our homes:

• Spacious Plots: Surrounded by well-maintained grass or situated on private terraces.
• Private Gardens: Many plots feature their own garden areas (front, back, or side) with room for decking and private parking spaces.
• Mountain Views: Almost every spot on the park offers a breathtaking vista of the surrounding hills.

Site Fees & Running Costs

• 2026 Season Site Fees: £2,780.00
  • Includes: Mains water, local rates, and VAT.
  • Note: If you join us mid-season, fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• Utilities:
  • Electricity: Metered (you only pay for what you use).
  • Gas: Bottled gas is available for purchase on-site.
